Discipline = Success = Happiness!

Interviewing Adèle Haussmann Haussmann for my podcast, "Life The Battlefield," allowed me to reflect on her inspirational path from Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, to become a lighthouse of courage and empowerment for women all around.

💡After coming to South Africa and encountering stringent security policies, Adele and her family finally moved to Australia. From nothing, she established "Her Smile," a business committed to empowering women and transforming hardship into opportunity.

🚀Adele Haussmann won a bodybuilding competition at 52, therefore demonstrating her unwavering power and will. Renowned makeup artist she has worked on esteemed events as the Formula 1 Grand Prix Amber Lounge.

🌺 Empowering Women: Adele guides ladies towards their health objectives, confidence, and free from pain life. Her knowledge of cosmetics and clothes helps women to show the world their finest versions of themselves.
